Position Summary

They partner with healthcare professionals, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Cerner, enhance clinical and administrative workflows, and improve patient care outcomes.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide consulting and subject matter expertise to client s by assessing, identifying, and providing solutions to their Cerner System.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training.
- Create user guides, manuals, and other educational resources to support learning and adoption.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources and deliverables during implementation and optimization projects.
- Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation.
- Work directly with Cerner end users. Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions.
- Maintain strong communication with PM, leader and team to promote a collaborate working environment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration of third-party applications with Cerner Millennium.
- Requires a deep understanding of both Cerner's platform and the third-party systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and optimal functionality within a healthcare environment.
- Collaborates closely with project stakeholders, including clinicians, IT teams, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in working with project SMEs and leadership to effectively present findings and recommendations
- Proficiency in Cerner system configuration and support.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Previous consulting experience in an ambulatory, healthcare setting.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, PMP a plus.
- Travel required (25-50%).
- Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.

- Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS)
