This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new functionality within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
• Support and maintain existing features
• Collaborate with team members and representatives from the client to ensure that the quality solutions provided align with their expectations

Requirements

• Experience with the development and administration of the ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party solutions and tools
• Understanding of the Agile development process
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic understanding of ITIL
• English language level B2 and higher
