Responsibilities:

As a Sr Systems Engineer you will provide programmatic, execution, and administration support to Government Program Directors and Managers for ACAT-1 equivalent military acquisition program(s).

Other Duties:
  • Position requires extensive acquisition, operational, and engineering experience, specifically monitoring program execution and integration of complex programs and systems.
  • The individual filling the position must have relevant experience as a subject matter expert in developing tech evaluations; mission integration; operations analysis and support; logistics, maintenance, and government program office support.
  • Types of tasks may include program management reviews (PMRs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and developing reviewing and coordinating acquisition documentation.
  • Tasks will include assistance to programs / projects transitioning to operations through TTP, CONEMP development, and operational training and planning; guidance to PMOs and MAJCOMs on standing up an operational squadron, and collaboration coordination across program/project stakeholders to include corporate developers, government test units, and program offices.
  • This position will provide support to the organization's leadership in meetings with other organizations and industry and will require CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • 15+ years of experience supporting major national security programs and 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Special Access Program experience is highly desired
  • Strong technical acquisitions experience in Government
  • Strong experience with national policy, coordination of updates, representing stakeholder interests to oversight
  • Familiarity with DoD, IC, and inter-departmental/inter-agency collaboration
  • Combined DoD and IC experience; Joint Staff experience
Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in relevant field
Clearance Requirements:
  • Candidate must have a US Top Secret SCI security clearance
