Job Title: Project Manager Flex Enhancements

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to client site in Bridgewater, NJ)

seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Flex Enhancements project for. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of automation and system integration enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. This role requires a strong background in Agile methodologies, pharmaceutical revenue management systems, and cross-functional team coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining scope, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure all Flex Enhancements deliverables are met within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful execution.

 

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Pricing, and Compliance teams to align project activities with business needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between and external vendors (Model-N, Oracle-CPQ, Dell Boomi, JD Edwards, etc.).
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and periodic reviews with leadership and internal audit teams.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.

 

Resource & Budget Management

  • Lead a cross-functional team, including technical leads, business analysts, and external consultants.
  • Manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization of personnel.
  • Oversee project budget, tracking time and material costs, and ensuring adherence to the invoicing process outlined in the SOW.

 

Testing & Deployment Oversight

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)by working closely with business users and IT teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation of technical and functional requirements, test cases, and training materials.
  • Develop and manage the deployment and cutover plan for a smooth transition to production.
  • Provide post-implementation hypercare support as required.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations (preferably in pharmaceuticals or revenue management systems).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with SDLC processes.
  • Experience managing system integration projects involving JD Edwards, Model-N Flex, Oracle CPQ, Dell Boomi, and data warehouses.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work with technical teams to define system integration requirements, reporting tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Power BI is a plus.
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.

 

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical revenue management, chargebacks, rebates, and government pricing (340B, HIN, DEA regulations).
  • Experience with compliance and audit processes in a regulated industry.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for system automation.
