Job Details

CRI Advantage is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end process for responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The Proposal Manager will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compelling, and timely proposals that align with company goals and client needs. This role also involves maintaining the proposal content library, refining proposal processes and procedures, and engaging in pre-proposal planning. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing multiple proposals simultaneously, optimizing workflows with AI tools, and writing and reviewing content related to the company's cloud solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in proposal management or a related role, with a proven ability to handle up to two simultaneous proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant tools.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize proposal development workflows.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in developing content related to cloud solutions.
  • Preferred familiarity with cloud computing and related technologies
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in recommending and implementing process optimizations for proposal development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proposal Management:

Manage all aspects of the RFI and RFP response process, including scheduling, assigning writing tasks, coordinating inputs, and ensuring on-time submission.

Collaborate with sales teams, sales engineers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to create persuasive and tailored proposals.

Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards throughout the proposal process.

Content Development:

Write, edit, and review proposal content related to the company's offerings, with a focus on cloud solutions.

Maintain and update the proposal content library to ensure information is current, accurate, and readily accessible.

Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance efficiency.

Process Improvement:

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of proposal development.

Establish and document best practices, workflows, and templates for proposal creation.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Organize and facilitate proposal kickoff meetings, status updates, and review sessions.

Coordinate input and feedback from subject matter experts and key stakeholders.

Manage proposal schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.

Pre-Proposal Planning:

Engage in early-stage discussions to understand client requirements and align proposal strategies.

Support the development of win themes and value propositions for key opportunities.
