Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Manage routers, switches, and firewalls for security, performance, and availability of services.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex network issues.
- Network Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure and maintain secure network infrastructure adhering to industry security standards.
- Network Architecture:
- Provide network architecture support, create network diagrams, conduct infrastructure assessments, and manage changes.
- Network Security:
- Manage secure data transmission, prevent unauthorized access, and perform log monitoring and analysis.
- Firewall Management:
- Implement and manage firewall rules in alignment with security protocols.
- Incident/Change Management:
- Follow established incident and change management processes for smooth network operations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical teams and business owners to ensure networking solutions align with business needs.
- Customer Support:
- Engage with customers to plan testing and implement network changes or upgrades.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date network environment documentation.
