About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Sr. Systems Integration Business Analyst to join our team and help us
elevate our customer experience through seamless data integration. The ideal candidate will
possess a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a keen eye for detail and
a passion for data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business
requirements related to customer data integration.
Analysis and Design: Analyze existing systems and data flows to design effective
integration solutions that meet business needs.
Data Storytelling: Translate complex data analysis into clear, compelling data stories that
communicate insights and drive business decisions.
Value Generation Documents: Develop value generation documents that highlight the
benefits and ROI of integration solutions, supporting strategic business initiatives.
Data Mapping: Develop data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate and
consistent data exchange between systems.
Integration Development: Work with development teams to implement integration
solutions, including APIs, ETL processes, and middleware.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure data
accuracy, integrity, and performance.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and
system interfaces. Able to synthesize functional & data flows to business friendly
presentations that caters to wider audience.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration
solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with
stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems integration, with a focus on
customer data.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, ETL tools, and
middleware. Experience with data mapping and transformation.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
understand complex systems and data flows.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Storytelling: Proven ability to translate data analysis into engaging and actionable
data stories.
Value Generation: Experience in creating documents that demonstrate the value and ROI
of technical solutions.
Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies Scrum and Jira
is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems and customer data management.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
