<>What you will do</>
  • Ingest, structure, and analyze a wide range of unstructured data sources;
  • Design, maintain, and orchestrate data pipelines in an AWS environment for both production processing and training flows;
  • Continuously evaluate, test, and improve the quality, privacy, and performance of our data systems;
  • Contribute across the product from front-end UX and product design to API/systems architecture and ML processing/training.
<>Must haves</>
  • 3+ years of experience ingesting, analyzing, and structuring a wide variety of data sources;
  • Significant experience building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment;
  • Strong experience with databases/SQL, Python, and pandas (or equivalent);
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced environments and tackling problems across the stack with quick iterations while maintaining a high quality bar;
  • Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning;
  • Familiarity with LLM architectures;
  • Experience in AI/LLM optimization using open frameworks;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
<>Nice to haves</>
  • Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus;
  • Extensive production experience with AWS, containers, and/or data orchestration tools;
  • MLE experience (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.);
  • Full-stack development experience (especially with JS/TS/Node);
  • Proven experience in similar roles at startups or consultancies.
