Role: Informatica Cloud Application Integration Lead
Remote

As an Informatica Cloud Application Integration Lead, your role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using the Informatica Cloud platform. Here are the key responsibilities and duties associated with this role:
Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions using Informatica Cloud.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and integration specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Informatica Cloud capabilities, including Cloud Application Integration (formerly known as Informatica Cloud Real-Time), Cloud Data Integration, Cloud B2B Gateway, and other relevant Informatica Cloud services.
Integration Development: Lead the development efforts in building integrations between various cloud-based and on-premises applications, databases, APIs, and systems using Informatica Cloud services.
Best Practices Adherence: Ensure adherence to best practices in integration design, development, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance policies and security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in integration processes through optimization techniques, including caching, parallel processing, and data partitioning.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify issues and ensure the continuous operation of integration workflows and services. Conduct routine maintenance activities such as applying patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and dependencies. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training programs to empower team members with Informatica Cloud expertise.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively. Manage expectations and prioritize deliverables based on business priorities.
Change Management: Implement effective change management practices to manage the impact of changes to integration processes and configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and Informatica Cloud updates to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the integration landscape.
