Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will perform assignments requiring application of standard software development and engineering principles and practices. \n\nThe work model for the role is Hybrid. #LI-Hybrid\n\nSome help with relocation assistance will be provided for this role.\n\nThe role is contributing to the Process Automation Process Control Platform division.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n\nPerform activities related to software development assignments using a full software development lifecycle model (Agile) following defined development processes\nActivities include requirement analysis which leads to software design and definition, estimation of effort, coding and testing developed software. In addition, activities include support to documenting developed software and responding to customer reported issues\nWork in a collaborative environment for all aspects of product development (design, implementation, test and support)\nContribute to group meetings and provide status update on development tasks for progress reporting\nTroubleshoot and resolve routine problems and assist in resolving more complex issues

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field required and minimum 4 years of related experience required
- Experience developing software using a software development lifecycle model and Microsoft technologies, including C++, C#, Visual Studio and Web Services
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve routine problems
- Minimal domestic travel required
