About the Role:
We re seeking an innovative .NET Developer ready to make an impact! You ll design and implement technical solutions supporting internal and external data exchange needs, primarily in healthcare data integration. You ll tackle complex development challenges, contribute to continuous process improvement, and support our mission to deliver critical healthcare insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop complex data extracts, applications, and custom queries using SQL, SSIS, Informatica, and .NET technologies.

  • Focus on healthcare data exchanges, including HIPAA X12 transactions (837, 999, 277, 835) and custom flat file/EDI solutions.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot production Business Intelligence products and quickly address high-priority issues.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements, ensure data quality, and validate against core system transactions.

  • Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement in BI processes.

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge growth.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 4+ years of experience as a Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role delivering technical solutions.

  • Proficiency with SQL Server, Transact-SQL, SSIS, Informatica, C#, and XML.

  • Experience with file transfer automation (FTP/SFTP/PGP).

  • Expertise in relational database applications and reporting tools (SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, MS Access).

  • Experience working with HIPAA-compliant data and healthcare EDI standards preferred.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.

Bonus Points For:

  • Insurance or healthcare industry experience.

  • Experience building healthcare data exchange solutions from the ground up.
