Position Overview: The Facility Services Due Diligence Specialist will leverage platforms such as Facil-IT, FEXA, Service Channel, and other similar tools to conduct meticulous diligence and enhance facility service operations. This role requires extensive experience in the facility services industry and a proven track record of working effectively with private equity partners.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Platform Utilization: Utilize Facil-IT, FEXA, Service Channel, and other relevant platforms to perform thorough due diligence and analysis of facility service operations.

  • Diligence and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of facility services, including performance evaluation, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Private Equity Collaboration: Work closely with private equity partners to provide insights, data, and recommendations that support investment decisions and strategic planning.

  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on platform data, offering actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance facility service delivery, streamline operations, and address identified areas for improvement.

  • Industry Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that service strategies are current and competitive.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on the use of diligence platforms and facility management tools.

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all facility services meet or exceed contractual, regulatory, and industry standards.


Qualifications:



  • Platform Experience: Proven experience with Facil-IT, FEXA, Service Channel, or similar facility management platforms.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the facility services industry, including best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Private Equity Experience: Demonstrated experience working with private equity partners, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or related fields are advantageous.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in facility services, including diligence and platform management.

  • Experience working with private equity partners is required.
