Job Description
We are on the lookout for a meticulous and experienced Info Security Analyst IV to join our team in New York. This role is centered around designing, developing, and recommending integrated security systems to ensure the protection of proprietary/confidential data and systems. As a part of our team, you will be providing technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions to manage information-related risks. This opportunity is on a contract to hire basis.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop integrated security systems to safeguard proprietary/confidential data
Recommend physical control solutions to enhance security measures
Participate with clients in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs
Configure and validate secure systems and physical controls
Test security products and systems to detect security weakness
Establish and recommend changes to policies affecting subordinate organizations
Work on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Interact with senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions and/or customers
Provide technical direction, leadership, and training to less experienced staff
Handle seldom and unusual occurring job events and complete complex and difficult assignments. Proficiency in the English language and strong communication skills
Experience in customer service and management
Ability to design, review, and implement IT security policies and procedures
Capable of providing training on security practices and methods
Proficient in reporting and report writing
Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and troubleshoot security issues
Knowledge of networks, Active Directory, and Python
Familiarity with IT security systems and best practices
Ability to serve as a liaison between different teams and departments
Understanding of benefit functions and 'About Time' software
Demonstrable experience with security systems and software.
