We are seeking a seasoned MEP Senior Plumbing Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. The individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing complex plumbing systems for a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, plan, and supervise the installation of plumbing systems, including water supply, waste, and venting systems, in accordance with local, state, and international building codes.

2. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other engineering professionals to ensure the seamless integration of plumbing systems into overall building designs.

3. Use advanced design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed plumbing layouts and schematics.

4. Perform hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and system modeling to ensure optimal system performance.

5. Conduct site inspections and system testing to verify the installation and operation of plumbing systems.

6. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for plumbing systems.

7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in plumbing engineering, including new materials, technologies, and design practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing design, with a focus on commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.

3. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification is a plus.

4. Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

5. In-depth knowledge of local, state, and international building codes related to plumbing systems.

6. Experience with HVAC systems design and integration.

7. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and LEED certification processes.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design efficient and cost-effective plumbing systems.

9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various project stakeholders.

10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
