PRISM seeks a Microsoft Intune Engineer who will be critical in managing and securing our organization's mobile devices and Windows workstations. This position requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Windows Update for Business, and Azure Active Directory. In addition, the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, implement new features, and ensure our devices' overall security and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Intune Administration and Engineering:
- Implemented and managed Intune policies and configurations for mobile devices and Windows workstations.
- Deploy and update applications and software through Intune.
- Configure conditional access policies to enforce security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot Intune-related issues.
- Windows Update for Business:
- Manage Windows Update for Business policies to ensure timely patching of Windows workstations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Windows Update deployment issues.
- Windows Autopilot:
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot for seamless device provisioning.
- Troubleshoot Windows Autopilot deployments.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement security policies, such as device encryption, password complexity, and conditional access.
- Monitor device compliance and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Scripting and Automation:
- Write PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Develop custom reports to monitor device health and security.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to users for Intune-related issues.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Clearable to obtain a suitable public trust clearance
- BA + 10 years applicable experience, AA + 12 years applicable experience or 16 years experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Windows Update for Business, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 administration and deployment.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred.
- MCSE certification preferred.
- Experience with cloud management solutions (Azure, Intune) preferred.
