Job Description
We are seeking a Copier Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to work within a growing and evolving organization in the long term. Will work on setups, installing equipment, maintaining, and repairing copiers in the shop or out in the field.
Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer support and service. Educates clients on how to use their devices. (printing, scanning, and faxing).
Diagnose problems and find a resolution to resolve them.
Builds and grows relationships with clients.
Completes detailed reports and communicates effectively with dispatch.
Orders parts for repairs if needed.

Qualifications:
Recommended 3-5 years of copier tech experience but not required.
