Telecommunications Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support a large-scale global initiative. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure seamless communication among key stakeholders. This is a project-based position requiring full-time dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track multiple workstreams across global teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, capture key actions, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and critical communications outlining new processes.
• Support project leads with resource management and escalation handling.
• Provide executive summaries and progress reports across workstreams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in business, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with process documentation, SOPs, and critical communication practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
