SAP BRIM Consultant - REMOTE - Travel to Philadelphia

Position: SAP BRIM Architect
Location: Remote (with monthly travel to Philadelphia, PA)
Travel Expenses: Paid for travel to Philadelphia, PA

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Architect to support our client in managing billing, revenue, and customer engagement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), including modules like SOM, CI, CC, and FICA. This is a remote position with monthly travel required to Philadelphia, PA. Travel expenses will be covered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the client to implement and optimize SAP BRIM solutions.
• Manage SAP Billing, Revenue, and Customer Engagement processes using SAP BRIM.
• Focus on SAP modules: SOM (Sales Order Management), CI (Contract Accounting), CC (Customer Care), and FICA (Financial Contract Accounting).
• Collaborate with the team and client to ensure seamless integration and efficient system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the BRIM system, ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide expert knowledge on billing processes, revenue management, and customer interactions.
• Support monthly travel requirements to Philadelphia, PA for on-site meetings and project activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SAP BRIM, particularly in SOM, CI, CC, and FICA modules.
• Strong expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel to Philadelphia, PA on a monthly basis (travel expenses paid).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in implementing SAP BRIM solutions.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules and integrations.
