OSI Monarch EMS Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Pay rate $70 to 75/hr

Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:

  • Seeking an OSI Monarch EMS specialist experienced in migrations.
  • Currently going through an EMS upgrade from an older version of OSI Monarch EMS to a newer version. Needing an OSI EMS Expert to help ensure the migration goes smoothing.
  • This person will be conducting pre-launch system checks, fixing any detected problems, and collaborating with the vendor to address any complex issues.
  • This will also support the migration of dozens of databases which can lead to errors that require proper understanding to troubleshoot, correct data migration mistakes, and coordinate with the vendor for solutions.
  • Perform factory acceptance testing, along with comprehensive testing and verification of all system components.
  • Utilizing the already developed test cases for the new system.
  • In-depth knowledge of system testing protocols is necessary.
  • Specific expertise in EMS is needed, with a preference for those familiar with IP or DNS, including service restart procedures.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and troubleshooting skills are essential.
