Risk Analyst

An Excellent Opportunity for Risk Analyst/Business Analyst to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Charlotte, NC location.

Pay Rate Range: $50/hr. - $55/hr.

Overview:

• Business Analyst experience


• Experience with Audit, Compliance, or Business Controls


• 3+ years of experience in risk management


• Tableau knowledge


• Business process management or control framework knowledge


• Strong Communication

Plusses:

• Prior experience with information security processes


• Hybrid Analyst/PM experience be able to support at an enterprise level

Day-to-Day:

• Lead the management of risk for one or more Technology Executives by partnering with leadership and their teams to apply subject matter expertise to support a culture of risk identification, escalation, and timely mitigation of relevant risks


• Candidates will be responsible for solving problems analytically by applying a mixture of risk and technology expertise to perform impact risk assessments, identify root causes in support of the technology control activities, help determine remediation plans, and drive risk reduction with the respective technology teams


• Candidates will also support completion of Risk ID updates, Risk and Control Self Assessments, as well as a variety of executive-level reporting


• The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as candidates are required to drive collaboration with teammates across organizations and with the management team to identify opportunities to improve control and reduce risk
