RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Birmingham, AL that is seeking a Sprinklr Specialist/SME. This is a part time/off hours/off site role. This person will work approximately 5 hours per week.

Summary:
We are seeking a Sprinklr Specialist to configure, deploy, and optimize Sprinklr's platform for the our client's Social Media team platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, customization, and adoption of Sprinklr within the organization.

Responsibilities:
* Technical expertise and hands-on-keyboard in Sprinklr (for project-based implementation as well as support/managed services)
* Customize and optimize Sprinklr modules (Social Engagement, Social Listening, Care, Marketing, etc.) to meet our client's business and operational needs
* Work with stakeholders to define workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting that align with business goals
* Develop technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and platform enhancements
* Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to internal teams for effective platform utilization
* Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for improved efficiency and scalability
* Stay up to date with Sprinklr best practices, product updates, and industry trends to drive platform optimization
* Help manage relationship with Sprinklr team and assist with troubleshooting issues in Sprinklr

REQUIREMENTS:
* Sprinklr certification is required
* 4+ years of Sprinklr expert (strategic and hands-on-keys)
* Proven experience in Sprinklr configuration, deployment, and optimization
* Ability to configure workflows, automation rules, and dashboards within Sprinklr
* Strong understanding of social media management, customer experience platforms, and analytics
* Deep expertise in Sprinklr's suite of solutions, including social media management, customer engagement, and analytics
* Experience with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity
* Strong background in social tech landscape
* Excellent poblem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues
* Strong technical documentation skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
