Job Descriptions:

BuzzClan seeks an experienced Business Development leader to drive the growth of our technology and staffing solutions across commercial agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing and growing commercial contracts, a deep understanding of the commercial sector procurement process, and strong technical acumen in IT services and staff augmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives focused on different commercial /Private agencies, cities, counties, and educational institutions
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers
  • Develop winning proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs
  • Create go-to-market strategies for BuzzClan's core offerings, including IT Staff Augmentation Services Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions Business Application Services Data Engineering & Analytics Quality Assurance & Automation Solutions
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proper solution design and pricing
  • Track and forecast sales pipeline and revenue
  • Stay current on commercial IT initiatives and spending priorities
  • Mentor and develop junior BD team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business development experience selling technology solutions to commercial clients
  • Proven track record of winning commercial contracts.
  • Deep understanding of commercial procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with staff augmentation and professional services delivery models
  • A strong network of relationships within commercial agencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle, AWS, Microsoft, and other key technology partnerships
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Private sector consulting background
