MS Dynamics BI Analyst

• Designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting.
• Reviewing presentations, manuscripts, graphs, and tables to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Developing standards of operation when handling and archiving data.
• Creating tools in a proprietary ERP that is built on Microsoft platform, that can enhance the overall inventory management throughout the company.
• Creating, automating, and standardizing receiving of inventory, and having it flow through to other areas of company.
• Use the ERP system to optimize client interaction through the CRM tools for the sales staff.
• Maintaining data management plans and instructions for standardizing receiving of inventory and flow into other reports.
• Overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures.
• Ensuring data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security systems.
• Maintain database information relating to web content.
• Identifying areas of opportunity using analytics reporting.
• Work collaboratively and communicate with non-technical internal team and 3rd party vendors.
• Manage basics of inventory related to web and ecommerce platform.
• Communicate and collaborate with outside web development company.
• Able to identify and triage website issues related to data and images.

Requirements

• Extensive experience and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and relentless attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to self-motivate and self-direct in a small family-owned business.
• Ability to work alone or on a team, in the office.
• Strong resilience to corrective feedback.
