Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Remote (EDT hours)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and revise procedures, work instructions, and job aids.
Collaborate with SMEs and GPOs to gather, validate, and incorporate technical and process requirements.
Ensure documentation complies with GxP and regulatory standards.
Conduct documentation audits and recommend improvements.
Develop training content and user guides; support L&D teams.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, IT).
Requirements:
3+ years in Pharma or Consumer Health industry.
3+ years of technical writing experience focused on procedures.
Familiarity with Document Management Systems (e.g., Veeva, Documentum, Tru) preferred.
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (Advanced degree/certification is a plus).
