Job Details

Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Remote (EDT hours)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and revise procedures, work instructions, and job aids.

  • Collaborate with SMEs and GPOs to gather, validate, and incorporate technical and process requirements.

  • Ensure documentation complies with GxP and regulatory standards.

  • Conduct documentation audits and recommend improvements.

  • Develop training content and user guides; support L&D teams.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, IT).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Pharma or Consumer Health industry.

  • 3+ years of technical writing experience focused on procedures.

  • Familiarity with Document Management Systems (e.g., Veeva, Documentum, Tru) preferred.

  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

  • Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (Advanced degree/certification is a plus).
