Job Summary:
ProSource is looking for a qualified IT professional to assist with the design, implementation and management of the cybersecurity components for client services. This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as the ability to work closely with various teams to ensure security is integrated in all aspects of service operations. This position will span both internal and client service operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. This is not an entry level position.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Recommend, develop and maintain security architecture designs and controls for internal tools, applications, and systems that enable client service delivery.
Recommend, develop and maintain security guidelines, frameworks and policies for client systems as part of service delivery.
Conduct internal and client risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
Recommend and implement measures to mitigate risks and enhance security posture.
Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with company and industry regulations and best practices.
Ensure security practices align to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the service and infrastructure teams to integrate security into systems designs and processes for both internal and client systems.
Provide expert advice and guidance on security issues and technologies.
Implement and oversee security monitoring tools and processes to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure ongoing effectiveness of security measures.
Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats and technologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve the security posture.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience with at least 2 years in a cybersecurity focused role.
Extensive understanding of technical concepts, industry standards and compliance frameworks (ITIL, CMMC, NIST, ISO, PCI, FINRA, HIPAA, Etc.), basic networking and Microsoft 365 security Administration.
Self-discipline, a great attitude, time management and exceptional customer service.
At least one corresponding technical certification required: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CASP+, Pentest+, CEH, or CISSP.

Starting Salary:
$90K - $110K based salary history/experience
