Are you a talented Senior Engineer looking for a full-time opportunity with a trusted leader in fraud prevention and account protection? You'll be part of a global fraud-fighting team helping the world's leading brands protect against loss and grow their revenue. Based in Itasca, IL, or working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., you'll work with cutting-edge technology, including Java, Spring Boot, and SQL, to design and build scalable, fast, and flexible software solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
High-volume transactional environment experience
At least three years of software development experience as a Java developer
Proven experience with the Spring Boot framework
Deep understanding of computers, the Internet, databases, and the Java programming language
Familiarity with basic programming constructs like conditionals, loops, and data structures
Strong relational database skills (SQL, JDBC - Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres preferred) and NoSQL databases with the ability to optimize slow queries
Desired Skills & Experience
Familiar with Gradle/dependency libraries such as Spring Data, Hibernate, JDBC, Redis, Drools, Cryptography, Scylla DB Cassandra/AWS Keyspaces or S3, and Kafka is a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is strongly preferred
