The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, is partnered with an industry leading company on their search for an Organizational Change Manager. Join a growing team and be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Change Management Program through applying change management methodology as set by the company s program standards. In this contract position, you will focus on supporting high-impacting initiatives across multiple disciplines of work. This role will regularly interact and engage across all levels of leadership and employees.

This position requires being on-site 3 days a week in Houston

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Change Impact and Risk Assessments with project leadership and stakeholders on large, cross-functional projects
  • Identify Implementation Success Goals and Metrics with Stakeholder and Leadership groups
  • Identify key stakeholders and create overall Communication and Training strategies
  • Support all levels of awareness and adoption through surveys, interviews, and feedback loops
  • Lead Training activities including assess training needs and design curriculum and facilitate the creation of all training materials
  • Identify and maintain a Change Risk Register on Projects
  • Use expertise in change management to support a change in culture that supports and embodies the value of change
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on change implementation and adoption
  • Work alongside project management teams on initiatives, integrating to the variances of disciplines cross-functionally

Requirements:

  • 3-5 yrs experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience in project management or participation in large-scale projects
  • Ground up implementation of Enterprise Change Management in mid-large sized organizations
  • Prosci ADKAR certification or experience with ADKAR methodology preferred
