Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Financial Services industry, located in McAllen, Texas. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for assisting with the migration to Windows 10, maintaining hardware and software, utilizing various technologies such as Intune and Active Directory, and traveling as needed for deployments.
Responsibilities
Assist with the migration to Windows 10 across various locations
Deploy and manage hardware and software as required
Utilize Intune and Active Directory for configuration management and deployment tasks
Travel as necessary for hardware and software deployments
Use Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Dell Technologies for various tasks
Manage Apple Devices and utilize Backup Technologies as needed
Maintain accurate records and resolve any related inquiries
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Requirements
Proficiency in Android Development, with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Demonstrated experience in Cisco Technologies, providing network and system support.
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, assisting in the maintenance and support of virtualized environments.
Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, able to diagnose and repair various equipment.
Experience with Dell Technologies, specifically in the area of systems and server management.
Expertise in Active Directory, managing user accounts and access controls.
Proficient with Apple Devices, including support and troubleshooting.
Understanding of Backup Technologies, ensuring data protection and recovery.
Experience in Configuration Management, maintaining system security and performance.
Familiarity with Windows Intune, managing mobile devices and applications.
Proficiency in Intune, providing support for mobile device management.
Experience with Windows Deployment, assisting in the rollout of new systems and updates.
