Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Clinic Platform Team, driving the development of innovative tools that empower care teams and enhance clinical operational workflows. You will work closely with clinical operations, product managers, designers, and engineers to build seamless, AI-driven experiences that optimize efficiency and improve patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team focused on building scalable, secure, and reliable
- Oversee the design and implementation of backend services, APIs, and integrations with EHRs and other healthcare
- Partner closely with clinical operations to understand workflows, identify pain points, and develop technology solutions that enhance efficiency and patient
- Drive the development of AI-powered tools and AI agents that streamline decision-making, automate administrative tasks, and improve clinical
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field, with 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in an engineering management
- Proven experience in building and scaling customer-facing or enterprise products, with a deep understanding of system design, reliability, and performance
- Excellent ability to translate technical challenges into business impact and manage stakeholder expectations, and work cross
- Experience with EHR integrations, clinical workflows, or AI-driven applications is a
- Experience or interest in prompt engineering and developing AI agents with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a
