Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Analyst. This role will be entirely remote, contributing to our team's efforts in the industry by collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. The Data Analyst will be instrumental in helping our organization make informed decisions by interpreting complex data. This role is based in Richmond Heights, Ohio, 44143-2123, United States.

Responsibilities:
Collecting and processing large datasets to extract useful information.
Utilizing SQL spreadsheets for detailed data mapping and analysis.
Implementing statistical analyses techniques such as descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and inferential statistics.
Interpreting and understanding patterns and behaviors within data to support decision making.
Operating and understanding basic functionalities of Major ERP Systems.
Assisting in the transition and mapping of data to new systems.
Providing insights and conclusions based on data analysis results.
Supporting the business in making informed decisions by interpreting complex data.
Keeping up with industry trends and advancements in the field of data analysis.
Utilizing SQL Reporting to create comprehensive reports based on data analysis.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL and SQL Reporting
Strong ability in data mapping techniques
Experience working with major ERP systems
Advanced skills in creating and managing spreadsheets
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with data privacy standards and regulations
