Job Details

  • Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple locations/positions simultaneously.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Assist with the creation and optimization of job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Assist with the implementation and management of social media job advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate on-site interviews analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
