Job Details
- Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple locations/positions simultaneously.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Assist with the creation and optimization of job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Assist with the implementation and management of social media job advertising campaigns.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate on-site interviews analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
