Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing SAP upgrades. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, for an SAP system upgrade. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams to ensure that the SAP upgrade project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management: Lead the SAP upgrade project from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholders.
Coordinate all project phases, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade support.
SAP Upgrade Planning and Execution: Manage and oversee all technical aspects of the SAP upgrade, including system architecture, infrastructure, and configurations.
Manage and prioritize any escalations or roadblocks that arise during the upgrade process.
Post-Upgrade Support & Optimization: Oversee the transition to production post-upgrade, ensuring the system is stable and optimized.
Provide support for any issues or enhancements required post-go live.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP upgrade projects.
Strong experience with S/4HANA.
Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale, complex technical projects, specifically SAP upgrades or migrations.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP architecture, system components, and integration points.
Familiarity with SAP tools, such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, and other SAP upgrade methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP Basis, NetWeaver, and experience with SAP HANA
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
