Job Title : Product Portfolio Operations

Location : Phoenix, AZ(Hybrid)

Duration : 12+ Months

  • 8+ years of experiences
  • Align on Product Vision & Strategy and Metrics for success
  • Define process maps with clear POD & POA
  • Define functional and technical Product requirements
  • Prioritize requirement based on initial impact and dependency analysis
  • Define Capabilities/Features/User stories
  • Define solution and target state architecture
  • Define MVP and prioritize backlog
  • Plan and execute PI ceremonies
  • End-to-End Product management support across workstreams, handling dependencies, prioritization and changes
  • Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create a compelling presentation.
  • Should be Organized and proactive.
  • Must have the working knowledge on Rally, Jira, SAFe agile, software development, release planning & migration, testing.
  • Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs
  • Bachelor s Degree: Often in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Master s Degree: Preferred for higher-level roles, especially in business or a related field
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Project Management Professional (PMP): Often preferred or required.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM): Beneficial, especially in agile environments
  • Program management - To handle intake, budget. Strong PPT skills. Ability to work with senior leaders and align with them on budget asks and get approvals
