Job Title: HR L&D Specialist
Location: Audubon, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: Full time opportunity
Need: LMS Experience
The HR L&D Specialist - Talent Management will report to the manager Talent Management and focus on the following areas:
- Analytics
- Assessments
- Curriculum & Learning
- Facilitation and New hire Orientation
- Organizational design and development
Learning Management System
Required:
- BA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Liberal Arts or equivalent work experience
- At least 4 years of training & development experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment (as well as providing a no message in a diplomatic and respectful manner)
- Ability to utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technology as required
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Experience using verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
