As a key member of our cross-disciplinary teams, you'll champion applied climate adaptation and resilience initiatives across both public and private sectors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, policy, environmental science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in climate resiliency.
  • Experience in consulting AND energy/electric utilities in distribution planning, transmission planning, distribution engineering, and/or transmission engineering addressing risks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional experience in climate change, critical infrastructure, risk management, asset management, strategic and long-range planning, project finance, or regulatory issues.
  • Proven track record of leading intricate projects within the consulting or utility arena, both from a technical standpoint and a team management perspective.
  • 8+ years of impactful professional work experience in climate resiliency.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :

$76,848.00 - $130,642.00
