Job Details

Grow your career as an IT Project Manager with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's/University degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar technology or project/program role.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude in communicating with senior management.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Financial Services or Banking Technology knowledge.
  • Experience in Data Analysis, BI, and Tableau.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop detailed plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Interface with senior project staff and senior management teams regarding status of projects.
  • Recommend and oversee process improvements.
  • Considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and standards.
  • Provide expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of project leadership.
  • Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., Business Execution, HR, Talent & Development) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Directly impact the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Persuade and influence others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
