Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica Cloud Customer 360 (CC360) Consultant to implement and optimize Informatica s CC360 solution for data management, master data management (MDM), and customer data governance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), data integration, data governance, and MDM best practices.

< class="" data-start="477" data-end="509">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement Informatica Cloud Customer 360 (CC360) to enable a unified customer view.

  • Data Integration & Management: Work with various data sources and formats to ensure seamless integration with CC360 and other enterprise applications.

  • Data Governance & Quality: Establish data governance strategies, enforce data quality rules, and implement data stewardship processes.

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, and data models.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize CC360 performance to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and system reliability.

  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, issue resolution, and maintenance for CC360 implementations.

  • Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.

< class="" data-start="1496" data-end="1536">Required Skills & Experience:</>

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data management, MDM, or Informatica Cloud solutions.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica CC360 and IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).

    • Expertise in data integration (ETL), data quality, data governance, and data modeling.

    • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

    • Experience with Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and other customer data sources.

  • Business & Functional Knowledge:

    • Understanding of customer master data management (MDM) concepts.

    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Certifications (Preferred):

    • Informatica Cloud MDM/CC360 Certification.

    • Data Governance or Data Management certifications.
