System One has an exciting Salesforce Architect opportunity with a partner in the Tulsa, OK area. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the business needs. This is a fully onsite opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of manufacturing, sales, and service teams, incorporating features like CPQ, Logik.io, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Maps, and Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Administration: Configure and manage a robust Salesforce environment to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders across sales, service, and manufacturing to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Feature Optimization: Lead the customization and adoption of new Salesforce tools to enhance operational workflows.
- Development Oversight: Collaborate with developers and integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and third-party systems critical to manufacturing, sales, and service.
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction for Salesforce initiatives, aligning them with MIRATECH's growth objectives and leading cross-functional teams to success.
- Team Enablement: Mentor administrators, developers, and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and skilled Salesforce team.
- Governance: Establish best practices for configuration, data management, and system security in a multi-feature environment.
- Experience: 10+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5 years focused on solution architecture, administration, and business analysis in enterprise settings.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools and advanced administration, with a focus on scalable, business-driven solutions. The ability to guide developers and translate requirements to technical teams to gain efficiencies.
- Certifications: Baseline certifications including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant. Additional certifications like Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, and Experience Cloud Consultant are highly valued for their benefits:
- Data Architect: Expertise in designing efficient, scalable data models to support manufacturing, sales, and service analytics.
- Sharing and Visibility Architect: Ability to implement secure, role-based access controls for a growing, multi-team Salesforce org.
- Einstein Analytics: Skill in leveraging advanced analytics to provide actionable insights for sales and service optimization.
- Experience Cloud Consultant: Proficiency in building customer and partner portals to enhance engagement and streamline service.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing, sales, and service processes, with experience optimizing CRM solutions for these areas.
- Business Analysis Skills: Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years in leadership roles (e.g., Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead), with a track record of guiding teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering practical, impactful solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge technical and business audiences, ensuring alignment and adoption.
