Job Details

Description:
This individual will be providing Technical Support for 6,200 End Users on site and at 110 locations across the nation. This person will not take any calls, but rather resolve higher end issues. Client uses Manage Engine for Ticketing - any Ticket System experience (ServiceNow, etc.) will work. The right fit will have a "white glove" support mentality. Any ITSM and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus. The opportunity to grow within the organization is tremendous. The company is acquiring other companies at a very rapid rate. A high first call resolution is expected. This person will support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 and printer issues. In addition, this person will resolve Outlook issues, USB issues, help set up user accounts using AD, as well as set up Bluebeam and Adobe Licenses.
