Customer is looking for Oracle Cloud Engineer (ORC/Talent/Learn). This is the key opportunity for any individual who can design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standards in support of the Oracle Modernization Project.

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning.
  • Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration.
  • Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation.
  • Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
  • Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
  • Experience on Oracle Journeys
  • Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
  • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
  • Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
  • Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System

Oracle Skills

  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM) is a key skill
  • Knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS a benefit.
  • Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as: Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Prior hands-on experience in managing Oracle Fusion platform Global HR is essential.
  • Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM
  • Prior experience of reading Oracle whitepaper and creating functional & Technical summary for team
  • Prior Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application, Experience with Agile (Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban
  • Completed at least 1 Full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Project
  • Prior experience of automating Oracle Cloud test Data management will added advantages Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantages
  • Prior experience of automating Code deployment process will be added advantages.
