Job Description: 4+ years (for Senior) and 1-2 years (for Junior) of recruiting experience preferably W2 hiring. Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT Expertise in the recruitment methods and process Responsible for detailed evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements Highly developed customer relations and negotiation skills. Should be a skilled negotiator, able to build relationships and close deals. Exemplary verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up skills. Must have knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099, US tax terms. Able to recruit candidates with H1b, Citizens, OPT and experience in negotiating and finalizing the salary/rate
