IFG is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical 5-year deliverables-based Organizational Change Management (OCM) project. This initiative is in preparation for an upcoming Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system integration.
The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful coordination and on-time delivery of change requests, releases, and project initiatives throughout the system development life cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Oversee and manage complex deliverables across all phases of the SDLC.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for seamless integration and organizational change.
- Author Deliverable Expectation Documents (DEDs) and Deliverable Acceptance Documents (DADs) to align stakeholders and ensure project success.
- Drive OCM activities, leveraging extensive practitioner expertise to foster organizational readiness and adoption.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes, multi-year projects, preferably within healthcare or EMR implementation.
- Strong strategic planning skills with demonstrated success in producing DEDs and DADs.
- Exceptional OCM expertise with hands-on experience guiding organizations through significant transformations.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills to align diverse stakeholders and teams.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
The proposed Senior Project Manager MUST HAVE:
- (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
- (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more *large or complex IT projects.
- Possesses a bachelor s degree. (Additional four (4) years of qualifying experience may be substituted for a bachelor s degree.) 11 years, if substituting bachelor's degree for additional qualifying experience.
- A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
- A current Organizational Change Management Certification.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare Specific to OCM
- Experience in planning, managing and successfully implementing IT projects across a multi- location organization
- Experience in executing certified Prosci OCM methodology
- Experience with State of California projects delivering OCM services a huge plus
- Experience working directly with an IT System Integrator.
