We are seeking an experiencedOracle HCM Payroll Specialistwho has hands-on experience running payroll for large organizations. The ideal candidate will have served as apayroll userandadministratorand managed payroll for over10,000 employees. This role is focused onpayroll administrationand requires expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll systems. The candidate will assist other users with running payroll, test payroll processes, and collaborate with Oracle support as needed. Please note, this is not a functional or technical role but rather a position focused on the administration and processing of payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll for more than10,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Providesupport to other payroll users, guiding them through the payroll process and resolving any issues that arise during payroll runs.
- Test payroll processes to ensure smooth and efficient execution of payroll runs, including reviewing reports and validating data.
- Coordinate with Oracle support to resolve payroll-related issues as they arise, ensuring that the payroll system functions optimally.
- Maintain and managepayroll records, ensuring that all data is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements.
- Monitor payroll transactions , troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely processing.
- Assist inpost-payroll activitiessuch as reporting, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Payroll is a must.
- Experience as apayroll administrator, running payroll for large organizations (10,000+ employees).
- Strong knowledge ofpayroll processes, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to work with payroll users and assist them in payroll runs and troubleshooting.
- Experience working withOracle supportto resolve system issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
