Onsite Desktop/End User Project Technician - 4-5 week project - Start ASAP

Monday-Friday - 40 hrs per week

Requirements

  • 2 years of recent Desktop related experience with a focus end user support.
  • Will be part of onsite Desktop services team working ongoing projects.
  • Should have experience with desktop/laptop support, Break/Fix, Windows OS, imaging, SW installs, deployments, and End User support
  • Network related issues and support
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Technician should carry laptop with network connectivity and tools required to work on requested task
