The growing Intuit Workforce Identity and Access Management team needs a Senior Manager to guide and oversee the development team responsible for the core Workforce Authorization capabilities and lead this engineering team as it evolves the Workforce Authorization Services into the next generation technology in the cloud and develops new capabilities to enable Intuit's future business directions.

Southern California $181,500 - $245,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high performing engineering team to deliver Workforce Authorization Services at scale with engineering and operational excellence built in.
- Create an environment where world class engineers can do the best work of their lives. In this role you will help to bring out the best ideas from the best engineers by empowering them and leading by example.
- Instil and drive software engineering standards and best practices with the team to maximize engineering excellence and developer productivity
- Employ strong business and technical acumen to guide the team (customer obsession, strategic thinking, asking the right questions, sweating the details).
- Create shared vision, build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Management to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and incorporate new features into existing products
- Manage DevOps to quickly resolve issues and continuously improve
- Build a culture of Innovation, technical and operational excellence on the team.
- Develop business cases for developing new capabilities and conduct resource estimation to justify spend for new capabilities.
