RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an IT Project Manager related to ERP system (Epicor) and centralized distribution and warehouse management features.
Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budget
* Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the team members in order to deliver projects according to plan while ensuring consistency with the business methodology, strategy, commitments, and goals
* Develops and leads multiple projects based on project plans, including scope documents, goal deliverables, communication, and scheduling
* Schedules and reports out project timelines and milestones
* Plans, schedules, coordinates, and monitors final approval of products through the full production cycle
* Establishes effective trust-based relationships with stakeholders from different functions and seniority levels, is able to quickly build credibility and is viewed as the "go-to" person for project related items
* Manages multiple large and complex projects while meeting deadlines, producing high-quality deliverables, and creating high customer satisfaction (internal or external customers)
* Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future technology system requirements to meet organizational needs
* Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned technology projects
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in IT/Technology Project Management
* Strong Project Management fundamentals related to detailed project plan/charter, managing a project schedule, scope management (and scope containment), resource management, timeline management, risk management, etc.
* Experience managing complex application development projects, any ERP project experience is preferred
* Experience working with a range of cross-functional partners
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in a hybrid-Agile environment
* Experience using Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.) experience
Nice to Haves:
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or Project Management
* PMP certification
* Experience supporting ERP projects (Epicor)
* Manufacturing, inventory environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
