CULTA is currently looking for our next Manager of Enterprise Applications to join our dedicated Finance team in Cambridge, MD! As the Manager of Enterprise Applications you will lead technology initiatives and drive business transformation. The role will be responsible for defining and executing technology across the organization including finance and point of sale systems and is expected to possess extensive knowledge of IT system integrations and ability to document ERP systems and processes. This role includes being one of the main subject matter experts for the ERP system and responsible for ensuring accurate data is input throughout the system.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems, both internal and external. Assure adequate checks and controls are in place.
- Assist with the implementation of new and improved service delivery strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain all project documentation, system configurations and reporting.
- Assist all department leads with up-front implementation discovery diligence, Project analysis, Scope of work creation, Proposal building, and complex Fit-Gap Analysis.

- Develop or enhance user training and documentation for existing and new employees with the goal of successful product adoption.
- Provide feedback and suggested solutions regarding department head needs, deficiencies, or challenges within the system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work onsite as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, accounting or similar preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as an ERP consultant required.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to follow direction well, and train, motivate and manage lower-level staff.
- Accurate attention to detail and decisive reasoning skills.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP systems, development tools and data tools similar to odata, power query, PowerBI or Power Pivot required.
- Previous experience with Acumatica, specifically with respect to inventory and auditing preferred.
- ERP implementation experience, including change management and training.
- Broad functional understanding of ERP modules (Procurement, AP, AR, GL, etc.) and integration techniques (EDI, API, Flat file, etc.)
- Supply Chain, Distribution and manufacturing experience required.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel capabilities and ability to manipulate data using basic through advanced functions, ability to create and use pivot tables and pivot charts to make data driven decisions, and the ability to clearly visualize data through the use of chart creation and modification. Must possess a strong background in creating and structuring formalized reports.
- Must be 21 years or older and be able to qualify as a registered agent with the State Commission and may not have any violent or drug related felony convictions.
