Job Description

Job Description:
This position will facilitate engineering and operations labs in implementing contractual/government cybersecurity regulations. Responsibilities include working with engineering teams to identify actionable cybersecurity milestones, advise and assist on milestone completion, and update compliance documentation upon milestone completion. The technician will also help maintain related cybersecurity records in order to demonstrate compliance to contractual and government regulations.
Principal Responsibilities:
-Engaging directly with customers to achieve project goals
-Engaging with multiple Digital Technology teams to drive tasks to completion
-Interface with multiple Digital Technology solutions, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Network Access Control (NAC), Active Directory (AD) Services, Endpoint Protection (EPP), Network Segmentation, and Vulnerability Management (VM)
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation with a strong attention to detail
-Ability to interact effectively in a team environment
-Aptitude to multitask workloads
-Ability to resolve difficult customer situations and escalate issues when appropriate
-Consistent follow-through on assigned tasks
-Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
-Government Security Clearance is a nice to have but not required. Candidate should have at least 2+ years med/large enterprise experience in at least two of the following:
-----Client computer hardware and software support
-----Experience working directly with customers
-----Windows (XP or newer OS)
-----Linux (CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu)
