Infrastructure Engineer
Job Details
We have partnered with our client in their search for an Infrastructure Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Network Management: Administer and support Juniper routers and switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure across all locations.
- Virtualization: Manage and optimize Nutanix virtual environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Windows AD 365: Oversee and maintain Windows Active Directory 365 to support organizational needs.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to networking and virtualization.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support and maintenance for networking hardware, software, and systems.
- Communication: Interface effectively with staff, executives, doctors, and nurses, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Multitasking: Juggle various tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a team of 5 IT professionals.
Skills Required
- Networking Expertise: Strong background in networking, with specific experience in Juniper technologies highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with network administration, virtualization, and troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Multitasking Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Independence: Ability to hit the ground running and work independently without extensive supervision.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
