We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA to support our clients in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP TM functionalities, logistics execution, and supply chain processes within the S/4 HANA environment. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize SAP TM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions in S/4 HANA for clients in the USA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and provide expert recommendations for transportation and logistics management processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and create functional specifications to tailor SAP TM solutions to meet unique client needs.
• Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP TM projects, from blueprinting and design to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, EWM, and FI/CO to streamline logistics and transportation operations.
• Ensure data migration and cutover strategies are effectively executed during go-live phases.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex problems related to SAP TM.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP S/4 HANA TM features and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
• Support pre-sales and proposal activities by providing subject matter expertise, solution demos, and scope estimation for new projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP TM Consultant, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end transportation management processes including planning, execution, tracking, freight settlement, and carrier management.
• Expertise in SAP TM functionalities: Freight Order Management, Freight Planning, Charge Management, Integration with External Systems, etc.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules like SD, MM, and EWM.
• Proficiency in business process analysis, system configuration, and customization within SAP TM and S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of the S/4 HANA architecture, data models, and key innovations in the TM module.
• Hands-on experience with Fiori apps, BOPF framework, and UI5 related to SAP TM.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP TM Certification and/or SAP S/4 HANA certification.
• Experience with SAP TM embedded in S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP GTS is a plus.
• Experience in complex global SAP implementations with a focus on the USA market.
